Patrick JosephMCGRATH(Poet) Passed away peacefully at Heartlands Hospital on the 9th November 2015. Service to take place at Robin Hood Chapel and Crematorium on Monday 30th November 2015 at 10:00am. Family flowers only. By request, donations to be accepted for Alzheimer's Society. Family would like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts, words and prayers.
